He was pulled from the rubble early this morning. Also killed in the sudden collapse were Carlos Hurtado Demendoza, 48, and Jose Calderon, 60.&nbsp; Another person is still missing.</p><p></p><p>Perez was the man whose legs had to be amputated so rescuers could get him to safety.
