Mr. Rosen is also the founder and Executive Producer of the Arsht Center’s Jazz Roots Series which opens this weekend. The Miami Jazz Festival premieres November 17th. Founder and Musical Director, Carmen Cartiglia shares his excitement about this exciting five year project at the Klipsch Amphitheater at Bayfront Park in Miami.
