Peace, Love And Sweat At Miami's Sweatstock Music Fest

Miami's eclectic community of artists, local musicians, singers and fans will converge at Sweat Records and Churchill’s Pub on Saturday, April 20, for the 4th annual Sweatstock -- an 18-hour block party of live bands, up and coming DJs, coffee, ticket raffles and Crossfit competition.

Stages will be set up outside of the two venues.

The Sweat Street Stage will feature local music favorites like Awesome New Republic and Beatmachines.

Churchill’s will have music inside as well as an outside Patio Stage, curated by local record label Roofless Records, which will feature several out-of-town acts, including three from Paris, France. Local acts will include Holly Hunt, Centuries and all-girl, alt-rock band TESTÖKRA.

Catering to music lovers will be some of Miami’s favorite food trucks like MS. CHEEZIOUS and Roc Kat Ice Cream Co.

According to organizers, Sweatstock is “totally frickin free” thanks to a combination of local sponsors and independent donations.

Everything kicks off at 9 a.m. on Saturday with a fitting nod to Record Store Day -- Sweatstock is hosted by Sweat Records owner Lolo Reskin, a champion of the local music community. The festival wraps up around 2 a.m. Sunday.

Here's where to go:

Sweat Records, 5505 NE 2nd Ave., Miami, Florida
