Pulitzer Prize-winner Hedrick Smith: Who Stole The American Dream?

11/05/12 - Monday’s  Topical Currents is with Pulitzer prize-winner Hedrick Smith.  His latest book is, WHO STOLE THE AMERICAN DREAM?  Smith draws a timeline of dream erosion back to 1971—and oddly enough—is was a conservative reaction to President Nixon’s regulatory agenda and stricter tax laws.  This formed the “Business Roundtable,” which became the foremost lobbying effort by corporate America.
