Special Events
WLRN events include Live radio productions, pre/post production parties, Miami International Book Fair, and kids events. Duties usually include serving refreshments, greeting, check-in, ticket sales, and assiting guests.

Time commitment: Flexible

Daytime Volunteer Program
Our daytime volunteer program provides an opportunity for volunteers to see how WLRN operates by working in various departments within the station during office hours. Many of the projects are clerical. Daytime volunteers are usually scheduled as needed on an on-call basis. Please note that as a union house, we are unable to schedule volunteers in any areas that would take away from a paid position, including all engineering and production work.
Food Donations
Meals (breakfast, lunch or dinner), sodas and snacks are regularly provided to volunteers during 91.3 FM and TV 17 fundraising efforts. Donations are always welcome. For their support, companies and restaurants not only receive on-air credit, but also a special thanks in WLRN's volunteer newsletter - "Just Between Friends."


WLRN has no production or technical volunteer opportunities available at this time.
