Palm Beach Post
Staff members go through piles of absentee ballots at the Elections Service Center in Riviera Beach Friday.

Palm Beach County Elections Supervisor Susan Bucher said she is optimistic she will finish the U.S. Senate recount by Thursday’s deadline — but she’s not certain about finishing the recounts for the governor, Agriculture and Consumer Services Commissioner and House District 89 races.

She said her staff, working in shifts nonstop day and night, will try their best to finish all four recounts by Thursday.
