Luxury Face examines the phenomenon of art as a luxury good. The exhibition will consist of objects that look like artworks, but the show is actually concerned with the researching of lux-culture industries and their social entanglements. High concepts and cheeky executions can be expected.

Folding the Black Flag
Mysterious-guy anarcho artists James Concannon and Kalan Sherrard perform as Aos Internationale, a far, far-left group that explores the medicalized nature of politics and economics. Concerned with metaphors such as the rotting entrails of capitalism, the group uses costumes, sound, and objects to evoke dissonance, collapse and decay.

YoungArts Foundation
Here you’ll find a Miami-specific edition of the MoMA PS1 exhibition "Zero Tolerance," concerts by acclaimed talents FKA Twigs and James Blake and a site-specific performance created by the Marina Abramovic Institute where the public is invited to join.

#IHaitiBasel
Those searching for a real taste of what the Miami art scene is all about should head to Little Haiti. There you’ll find exhibitions by emerging artists, a store with thrifts and goods made by local artisans and a stellar slate of parties that include vogue competitions, zine releases and even a performance by Richard Kennedy from Hercules & Love Affair.

Books Fuel Ideas at Bas Fisher Invitational
Head downtown for this celebration of books and artists inspired by them. In collaboration with the opening of the EXILE Books pop-up shop at BFI, artistic talents Sam Gordon, Eve Fowler and Lizzy Bougatsos will be staging new work including providing contributions to a bookshelf made of ice for the opening party. While you’re there, peruse the shelves of artists books available for purchase.
