The power of forgiveness in the darkest of times.

Tuesday 10pm EVA: A-7063 - Biographical documentary - the inspiring true story of one woman's transformation from Nazi death camp survivor to outspoken advocate on the power of healing through forgiveness.  
 

Eva: A-7063 tells the incredible story of survival and transformation of Holocaust survivor Eva Mozes Kor. Eva stands just 4 feet 9 inches tall, but  appears larger than life in this compelling documentary that details her journey from Romanian Jewish farm girl to Nazi death camp survivor to leading global force on the power of healing through forgiveness. 
 
At age 10 she survived inhuman experiments by notorious Nazi doctor Josef Mengele.  At 50 Eva Mozes Kor she help launch the biggest manhunt in history.  At 85,  after decades of pain and anger, she has emerged as the leading global figure in the fight to keep the lessons of the Holocaust alive and delivers an  immensely powerful message of forgiveness.

Tribute to Eva

Mia Laurenzo is a 35-year veteran of public television in Miami. She began her career learning every aspect of video production. Currently she is a writer, producer, on-air host and promotions coordinator for TV, radio and the web.  Her experiences include producing for a series, special events and historical documentaries.  As a native Floridian, she is a perfect fit for South Florida's Storyteller Station, WLRN.  She has produced several award winning, nationally distributed documentaries and is the recipient of three Suncoast Regional Emmys.
