They Said What? Fact Check Of The Third (And Last) Presidential Debate

U.S. Voters had one last chance to see presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump side-to-side Wednesday night at the third and last presidential debate of the 2016 elections.

The debate was moderated by Fox News' Chris Wallace, who announced that the topics of the night would be debt and entitlements, immigration, economy, Supreme Court, foreign hot spots and fitness to be president.

Candidates met at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.

NPR's politics team, with help from reporters and editors who cover national security, immigration, business, foreign policy and more, annotated the debate live. Portions of the debate with added analysis were highlighted, followed by context and fact check from NPR reporters and editors.
