Tropical Produce

(11-10-2016) Mi Ae Lipe, author of Bounty from the Box: the CSA Farm Cookbook, and Art Friedlich, President of the Urban Oasis Project. The topic is tropical produce and how to use it and how to connect with CSA Community Supported Agriculture farms.

They both will be at the Miami Book Fair. There will be a special Kitchen Stadium food tent with cooking demonstrations and food discussions this year. Art will be running a farmer's market and Mi Ae will be speaking. Art brings produce for us to taste on air.

After graduation from college and an unsatisfying stint in a job that, as he puts it, "paid the bills but for which I had no passion" he found himself contemplating a midlife career change after being laid-off.
