Also with us, Alex Rodriguez, owner Palomilla Grill, a Cuban family-run restaurant. His father started the restaurant in 1975. Alex took over 3 years ago after his father’s death, keeping the Cuban tradition with some modern touches. He will be participating in the Veritage Craft Beer tasting, and brings his Croquettas Palooza for us to taste.
