(6-7-2017) South Florida abounds in condominiums—and associations—so today’s Topical Currents is an “At Your Service” edition, with an association expert. She’s attorney Donna Berger.

We touch on bills passed in this year’s legislative session, including those calling for criminal penalties for condo fraud, and term-limits for board members.

Of course, we take your Condo and Homeowner’s Board questions during the hour.
