Victor Leong is affectionately known by many as the Sandman. He has been building sandcastles professionally on Miami Beach since 1992. His works of sand have also been enjoyed throughout Florida, the Caribbean, and even as far away as Switzerland! We met up with Victor on Miami Beach where we learned that it takes more than artistic talent to sculpt these remarkable creations.
