Linda talks with Steve Crawshaw, a correspondent for the Independent newspaper. He says that after Yugoslavian President Slobodon Milosevic addressed his nation on television to congratulate opposition leader Vojislav Kostunica, for his victory in the presidential election, all of Belgrade heaved a huge sigh of relief and took to the streets to celebrate with renewed energy.
