Rosalind Brown, Jada Page's mom, says she can't fathom why no one has come forward to turn in the killers.

It's been a year since an 8-year-old Miami girl was killed in a drive by-shooting outside her grandmother's house and police have increased the reward for information about the shooter.

Miami-Dade police announced Monday during a news conference that they've increased the reward to $26,000 for information leading to an arrest.

Police say Jada Page was standing near the front door of the home when someone in a black, 4-door Ford sedan started shooting at her father. Investigators say the bullets were intended for James Page, the girl's father. He was wounded.

The child's grandmother Lisa Brown and aunt Brendalyn Spence pleaded on behalf of her mother for someone to come forward with information. They say every day is a struggle for Jada's mother.
