Washington's Letters

Linda talks with Jack Warren, assistant editor of the Papers of George Washington project at the University of Virginia. Two letters written by George Washington have recently been acquired by a new museum at Washington's boyhood home. Warren thinks they show the more pedestrian, everyday side of the President, and tell us a lot about the role of the American media in the late 1700's.
