From member station WXXI Walter Gabalski reports many Americas are looking to our neighbor to the north for their higher education. Canadian schools are showing up more and more at college fairs in America. Though the Canadian schools offer different programs than many American schools, they cost less and there are many Americans who just can't pass up the bargain.
