With Bankruptcy, Puerto Rico Faces Long Uphill Battle

Earlier this month, U.S. territory Puerto Rico filed for a type of bankruptcy, saddled with $123 billion in debt obligations. The news has impacted government pensions, shut down schools and inspired protests.
