We’re excited to bring one of Public Radio’s most popular programs to WLRN listeners at new times. Starting Monday, September 1, 2014, “On Point” will be heard, live, Monday through Thursday mornings at 11:00am, in addition to its existing broadcast at 7:00pm weeknights.
Critics and listeners agree that host Tom Ashbrook is one of the brightest, most knowledgeable and able hosts in broadcasting. He brings his years of experience to the microphone each day, as he leads discussions of important issues with newsmakers of the day and invites listeners to join in.
And now, South Florida listeners will be able to participate in the program, by calling in during the 11:00am hour, Monday through Thursday.
The Diane Rehm Show continues on 91.3 WLRN, Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 11:00am and Friday, from 10:00am to 12:00noon (for the Friday News Roundup’s full two hours). Fans of the show will still be able to listen and participate Monday through Thursday at 11:00 via our WLRN XTRA HD channel, accessible through this website (look for “Listen to XTRA HD” via our “LISTEN LIVE” button) or an HD-Capable radio receiver.
