Luis Canul regularly buys his lottery tickets at the Publix Super Market at Congress Avenue and Hypoluxo Road.
“My store for years and I never win,” Canul lamented.
On Wednesday, the 56-year-old Boynton Beach resident found himself in another part of town and bought his Powerball tickets elsewhere.
That may have been a $168.5 million mistake.
