The BBC will ask a judge to dismiss U.S. President Donald Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the broadcaster. Papers filed Monday in Florida say the BBC will argue the court lacks jurisdiction and that Trump failed to state a claim.

The BBC "made lurid and false claims about the Royal Family which played on her fears and fueled paranoia," Prince William said, adding that it also made his parents' relationship worse.
