There is nothing like a front seat to enjoy the golden hits of the 50s and 60s. Take a trip down memory lane with WLRN!
Moments to Remember My Music (7:00 pm)
In this trip down memory lane, the late Frankie Laine came out of retirement to "spend one more night in our old rendezvous" singing his sentimental "That's My Desire." Italian crooner Julius La Rosa takes the stage to perform his classics "Eh Compari" and "Domani" while Page sings her million-selling "Allegheny Moon." The Four Lads, Four Aces, Four Freshmen, Roger Williams, Herb Reed's Platters, The DeCastro Sisters and others appear to sing more greatest hits. Archival performances from Rosemary Clooney and Perry Como round out this nostalgic sequel to Magic Moments.
Suze Orman’s Financial Solutions (9:30 pm)
We all have financial issues and problems. Suze Orman's latest special sharply focuses on helping individual viewers find financial solutions. As always, Suze's advice is based not just on numbers, but on a critical understanding of ourselves and our emotional needs. The special's central theme is that our financial decision-making should be guided by an understanding of "the goal of money." In addition, Suze stresses the importance of making financial decisions with which one will feel comfortable.
