Delegates from some 22 Arab nations are meeting in emergency summit this weekend in Cairo to underline their support for the Palestinians. Although Libyan delegates left the summit, saying nothing concrete would result, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is trying to steer a moderate course among Arab neighbors and allies.
