Christopher Collier

Christopher Collier is a senior at the University of South Florida pursing a degree in mass communications and a minor in Spanish. He has a broad range of interests in the broadcasting field, ranging  from reporting to studio production.

Collier previously earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Leo University. While at Saint Leo, he spearheaded the student-run WSLU Radio as an editor and producer. He also hosted "THE ASYLUM," a show featuring interviews with musical guests. More recently, he served as assistant news editor for the USF Oracle.

Now that he is back in school, he hopes to learn how a professional radio station functions in order to gain the tools that will make him competitive in the future job market.

Thousands of parents and children rallied Tuesday against a lawsuit that could end the state’s largest private school voucher program. Protestors gathered in Tallahassee to support the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship.
