Denise Royal
Senior ProducerDenise Royal is a Senior Producer at WLRN.
She has produced for a number of media outlets in South Florida including NBC News, ABC News and CBS News. She is known for her keen journalistic instincts and producing knowhow.
Royal’s broadcast experience includes writing and producing for NBC’s the Today Show, Weekend Today, Weekend Nightly News, MSNBC, Good Morning America and Nightly Business Report on PBS. She also worked as a Senior Field Producer at CNN.
Royal got her start in journalism at the Newshour on PBS. There she learned the importance of storytelling and accurate reporting.
A New York native, Royal is a graduate of the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. A lifetime learner, she received her Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from Lynn University.
