Voters in 11 municipalities in South Broward and Palm Beach County are going to the polls on Tuesday to elect local authorities.
In Broward County, there will be elections in:
- Coconut Creek
- Deerfield Beach
- Hillsboro Beach (charter changes)
- Lighthouse Point
- Miramar
- Weston

According to Florida electoral law, citizens need to register at least 29 days before an election to be able to vote. You can check if you are registered as a voter in Florida here. The deadline was February 13.
Officials with the Supervisor of Elections in Broward County and Palm Beach Countywants people to remember that you must vote in person at your precinct on Election Day. If you have a Vote-by-mail ballot, they are due at the elections offices by the time the polls close at 7 p.m.
