Sun Sentinel reporter Megan O’Matz recently reported on new public information that the Broward Sheriff's office delayed the entrance of fire department medics into Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school during the February Parkland shooting. O’Matz joined Sundial with Michael Moser, the public information officer for the Coral Springs Police Department, to talk about the incident report filed by the deputy chief for Coral Springs fire-rescue after the shooting.
Cognitive scientist Dr. Anthony Steven Dick and FIU Psychology Professor Dr. Jonathan Comer both found a link between events like Hurricane Irma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in children. They recently presented their findings to members of Congress and joined Sundial to talk about their research.
