Experience Chef Allen’s Monday Night Farm-to-Table Dinners at the Arsht! A delicious, 5-course, plant-based meal, created by James Beard award-winning Chef Allen Susser and inspired by the local and seasonal produce of the Monday Farmer’s Market. Every month, Chef Allen hosts his famous al fresco Farm-to-Table Dinner, serving up a delicious five-course, plant based dinner. This community-style meal redefines the concept of a sustainable menu with the freshest, seasonal produce served in a creative way.
The farm-to-table movement is everywhere these days, but The Cafe at Books & Books at the Arsht Center has been perfecting their sustainable menu for nearly half a decade. Every Monday evening Chef Allen Susser hosts his weekly al fresco Farm-to-Table Dinner where he serves up poetic dishes like Honey Blossom Goat Cheese Crostini and Red Wine Roasted Pears. It’s a five-course meal and if you’d like to turn the evening into a celebration, a wine pairing is also available.
