Good morning. I'm Rachel Martin. Just so you know, it's not illegal to have a party. A girl in Greensboro, N.C., was celebrating her quinceanera. And somebody called the police to file a noise complaint. When officers showed up, they saw nothing wrong. They were even invited to stay and have some food. To show appreciation, the cops handed out stickers to the kids, took a picture with the birthday girl and made sure nobody rained on a Greensboro girl's big day.
