Public safety officials in Florida are warning that Amendment 3 could mean less money for local law enforcement and other emergency services. Governor Ron DeSantis eventually got the Legislature to put Amendment 3 on the ballot, but he’s not on board with a different amendment backed by GOP leaders in his party.
