Certain Miami-Dade County officials have broken ranks with their colleagues to support Florida’s Amendment 3 property tax proposal. Although it looks like Florida won't have a gubernatorial debate, the candidates spoke separately in the same room recently at the Sunshine Economy Summit in Fort Lauderdale, hosted by WLRN.
