Miami-Dade County has filed a lawsuit against the operator of a Doral incinerator facility that was destroyed by a fire three years ago. Although it looks like Florida won't have a gubernatorial debate, the candidates spoke separately in the same room recently at the Sunshine Economy Summit in Fort Lauderdale, hosted by WLRN.
