Norman Van Aken Talks “Rice” on Flavors of South Florida

Norman Van Aken reveals how rice crosses cultures with two South Florida chefs on WLRN’s segment Flavors of South Florida.

Norman takes viewers to Khong River House on Miami Beach where Northern Thai flavors have been perfected using rice.

He then visits Little Haiti where rice and beans are legendary at Chef Creole.
