It may come as a surprise that the Winter Equestrian Festival in the western region of Palm Beach County is widely considered one of the the world’s largest international show jumping competition, drawing thousands of horses and riders from around the world each season.

A high school in Wellington is hosting a parade to honor public service members in the wake of Hurricane Milton and the tornadoes it spawned, which ravaged more than 150 homes.

Recovery efforts are in progress in Wellington following Hurricane Milton, which unleashed a series of tornadoes that severely damaged nearly 150 homes in western area of Palm Beach County. Officials say they now face challenges with lack of equipment.
